Terms of service

Comission terms:

 

• you must be over 18 to comission me, under the age of 18 I will need permission from parent/guardian through message or email.

 

• I do not work to a certain deadline, I would like to finish the comission to the quality I am happy with and without having to rush to a certain deadline. However I will give you an estimated completion time.

 

• feel free to message me any time you like throughout the comission process and if you want anything changing as I send photos over. However please be patient with me and allow me time to work eg no spam messages. 

 

QUOTES: 

 

• It is free to get a quote from me! All you have to do is send over your reference sheet through email or message and I'll get back to you ASAP! (Email is preferable) 

 

• during the quote stage I will be able to give you an estimated price based on material cost.

 

• Asking for a quote doesn't mean you have to comission me! If you change your mind it is not a problem. 

 

• I will need a reference sheet from you to be able to give you a quote this will allow me to give you an accurate price. 

 

Payment:

 

• A deposit for materials cost will need to be given this will allow you a spot on my comission list and the rest won't have to be payed In full straight away until the comission is completed! 

 

• payment plans are available and can be discussed further on comissioning.

 

• payment must be payed In full before I can send any of your items off to you (this includes shipping payment which will be discussed once your comission is completed) 

 

• you will have to pay shipping once the comission is completed so that I can send it off to you (shipping price may vary and will be calculated depending on the weight of your comission. I will send the shipping price over once this has been figured out) 

 

• All comissions will be sent with a tracking number that I will provide once the work has been sent off.

 

WIP:

 

• Communication will be via Instagram or email! I will get back to you as soon as possible so feel free to message me whenever you'd like! 

 

• I will send you photos and videos at each stage as I work on your comission, at each stage I will give you the opportunity to tell me if you want anything changing. Please feel free to message me for any kind of update as long as it's not daily (please allow me time to work on your comission) 

 

• At each stage I may post updates of your comission on my page this includes Instagram, twitter and tiktok, please notify me if you would like me to keep your comission off my social media pages. This is purely to promote my work and I will tag you in each post I share which includes your comission.

Refunds and returns: 

• Once your suit is completed and sent off you receive a 2 month warranty if anything should need repairs.

 

• This guarantees that you will receive free repairs within the 2 months if your suit has any damage, this includes and holes, loose seams, damaged eye mesh etc. 

 

• please keep in mind that this means you will have to pay shipping to get the suit back to me however I will pay shipping to get it back to you. 

• I cannot offer a refund once your suit has been started, this includes the initial deposit after materials have been ordered. 

If the client fails to make the final payment by the agreed due date and does not respond to communication attempts within 30 days, the commission will be considered abandoned.

In this case, all payments already made are non-refundable and will be retained to cover materials, labor, and time already invested.

After the 30-day period, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. Any completed or partially completed parts of the suit may be resold, repurposed, altered, or otherwise used at my discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

If a client is unable to complete a payment for any reason, this needs to be clearly discussed with me so we can work together on how this can be managed, im always happy to hold the suit a little longer given I have a clear understanding of why this needs to happen. Failure to do so may result in the comission being considered abandoned.
